has over 20 years of experience in a variety of service and manufacturing environments focusing on Operations Management and Human Resources. Todd has extensive, hands-on experience in day-to-day operations, team building, customer service, strategic planning, project management, broad-based human resource management, organizational development, and managing both management and non-management personnel. For the past 8 years he has been teaching in the Leadership Development Program in various delivery modes at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College in Green Bay, WI.
